Streamer Spotlight: Fight 4MyFiends
Tell us a little about yourself.
Cal Imburg is my name, aka Fight 4MyFiends on Xbox. Born, raised, and currently living in California, just completed high school, and on the way to jr. college primarily to study computer graphics. What are your hobbies?
Taking advantage of having time to myself at the end of the day and on the weekends, whether it’s spent indoors or outdoors. It always happens to be a mix of both; that’s my kind of enjoyment. What inspired you to start streaming?
I’ve watched a few streamers on the Rock Band series in the past, particularly drummers (since drums are my favorite instrument in the series) like Kyle and Brady to name a few. After finding that there’s an ability to stream directly from console, that was how I got my start. What game(s) do you stream?
Rock Band 4 and the occasional racing game; most of the time it’ll be Xbox One-era Forza games. What instrument(s) do you play?
- Guitar
- Bass
- Drums
- Vox
What's the story behind your gamertag?
Super Smash Bros. 4 was my favorite game back when I won the grand prize of an Xbox One in the summer of 2015. Ike was the fighter I used most, and I decided to name my GT after a slight change to one of his victory quotes (I fight for my friends.)What makes your stream unique?
This is a tough one. I would say it’s the fact that I mix racing streams with the Rock Band 4 streams. Nothing out of the ordinary, but it’s something. What's your favorite part about streaming?
What makes me enjoy streaming is the fact that anyone, whether they’re in the East U.S., Alaska, Singapore, Europe, or anywhere else can acknowledge me and take notice of what I do whenever I’m live and keep racking up friends and followers from it all. What are the current goals or milestones you're working on?
I’m focusing on hitting the 100 follower mark at the time of writing, continuously building up from there, and hoping to become a bigger name throughout my streams.Who inspires you?
I’m typically easily inspired, so it ranges from my parents, plus their parents, to Javier, my best friend for the last six years, and to many of my friends I’ve met online (plus the few of those I’ve also met in person!)--
Make sure to check out Cal's stream for more awesomeness.
